To send us your little darlings pre-loved designer gear you can either order one of our FREE collection bags from here.  If your order for a bag is received before 3pm on any week day, it will be posted out same day or you can email use for the delivery address.

With either of the above options you will be provided with full instructions on how to send the clothes to Kidz Xchange.. 

Full bags should weigh no more than 5kgs

Please enclose the appropriate paperwork that we send, so that we know who has sent the garments and who we need to pay this is very important for a smooth transaction.

For returns we use a courier service.  When you're ready, all you need to do is drop off your parcel at the appropriate courier drop off one of the stores, make sure you get a receipt (nothing to pay) and wait for us to contact you payments are made via PayPal so you will need to have a Paypal account.  If you do not have one you can set one up every easily here:  www.paypal.co.uk

Items sent to Kidz Xchange are non returnable unsuitable clothing/shoes will be sent to our appointed charities.

The amount offered for the qualifying garments is not negotiable so please ensure that you no longer require the clothing.



Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to view your order in My Account when logged into the website.

Orders placed by 3pm on a weekday will be despatched same day, although this may not be possible at busy times.  We will notify you as soon as goods are dispatched.

Depending on the option chosen, goods will be sent either by:

  • Next day delivery (order before 3PM)
  • Standard Delivery (5 working days)

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses, to multiple addresses, PO boxes, or to any address outside the UK.

Delivery should be made within 5 Working days from the date of postage, if you do not receive goods ordered within 5 days of the date on which you ordered them please notify us immediately care@kxchange.co.uk with you order number, date of order and delivery postcode together with the details of the product(s) you have ordered and preferably forward your confirmation email.

If your order arrives damaged, unless that damage has been described as a fault in the advert on the website, or if the order arrives incomplete, please email care@kxchnage.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt, with "Order Query" in the subject.  Please provide us with your order number and your postcode together with the details of the product(s) you have ordered.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right by notifying us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.  If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price but not the delivery cost, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you place the order.  Our labels should be attached, the Products should not have not been used and you must return the products.


Returns and Refunds

If the garment doesn't fit or isn't quite right you can return it us for a full refund/exchange (PLEASE NOTE SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED) so long as it still has our labels attached and hasn't been worn. You must return the goods within 10 working days of receipt. We do not refund your postage costs.

We'll send you an acknowledgement email as soon as we have received the item and will confirm when the refund has been processed.

We can only refund the postage if the product you receive is either the wrong garment or has a fault that is not described in the advert.

Under no circumstances will a refund ever exceed the value of the amount paid for products, either for the buying or selling of such items.
